We are in-network with the following insurance carriers:
- Aetna
- Blue Cross and Blue Shield
- Cigna
- Humana
- Medicare part B (Traditional Medicare)
- Multiplan
- Tricare
- United Health Care
Please note: We are NOT in-network with any of the Kansas or Missouri Medicaid insurance plans at this time.
To be on the safe side, it is always good to check with your insurance carrier to ensure that we are in-network with your specific plan.
Cash Pricing
For those without health insurance or for whom we are out-of-network with your insurance carrier, we charge the following cash prices:

We provide numerous other services beyond office visits. These include things like vaccinations, joint injections, ultrasound testing, EKGs, and others. Cash pay patients will be provided with our pricing amounts for each of these additional services on request.
